Donation Pickup

Service Description

Book a FREE donation pickup with Good Value Thrift & Bargains. We offer donation pickup within a 25-mile radius of our store. Pickups outside the 25-mile radius must be reviewed and approved before scheduling. Accepted items may include furniture, mattresses, clothing, shoes, household goods, décor, small appliances, electronics, toys, books, tools, and exercise equipment. Items must be clean, reusable, and in condition to be resold or donated back into the community. Photos are required for all items requested for pickup. After submitting your booking request, text photos of every item to 757.542.0073 with your name and pickup address. Furniture and large-item pickups will not be approved without photos. Please have items ready and accessible at your scheduled pickup time. We can enter homes when needed, but we strongly prefer items to be placed outside, in a garage, on a porch, driveway, curb, or in an easy first-floor pickup area. Our team does not disassemble furniture, remove doors, or move unsafe items. Good Value Thrift & Bargains may refuse items at pickup if they are damaged, heavily stained, unsafe, have bugs, strong odors, pet damage, smoke damage, or are not as described in the booking request/photos. Pickup requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and require manual approval. You will receive confirmation once your pickup has been reviewed.
